SUMMARY:Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) Fall Role Play Training
DESCRIPTION:A CAMS-care consultant will lead a full-day experiential workshop\, demonstrating the use of CAMS through live\, unscripted role-plays based on real patient scenarios. Attending clinicians will actively participate in these role-plays\, designed to build confidence in applying CAMS assessments and interventions. \nWhat to expect:\n– Interactive exercises to practice using CAMS\n– Demonstrations of the use of CAMS in live\, unscripted role plays\n– Group discussions to strategize challenging case presentations\, different techniques and tactics\, and application to specific patient populations\n– Recommendations for implementation in systems\n– Opportunity of one-on-one questions with trainers \nParticipants must complete the CAMS Foundational Online Video and commit to attending four CAMS consultation calls before being assigned to this training. \n7 CEs available for purchase from CAMS upon completion of training. \nLocation: Remote. \nWho should attend? This workshop is intended for clinicians who have completed the CAMS Foundational Online Video training and are ready to deepen their practical skills.
