DESCRIPTION:In this webinar\, we will conduct a high-level overview of the Zero Suicide Framework and explore how this framework can be used to guide implementation of new and refined suicide care pathways. We will discuss the Essentials Elements associated with best practices in preventing suicide in ambulatory settings\, with specific attention given to differences between adult and pediatric populations. We will explore available tools and resources related to Zero Suicide and Essential Elements of Care that can be used when building out or adapting suicide care pathways in primary care settings.
