Adult Mental Health First Aid (virtual)

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an early-intervention training course that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in other adults. Just like physical first aid or CPR, it gives everyday people the tools to provide initial support and connect someone in crisis to professional care until help arrives. This virtual blended course will be offered in 2-parts on consecutive days (Wednesday, 9/2/26 and Thursday, 9/3/26 from 5:30pm-8:30pm) via Zoom. Participants will also have 1.5 hours of independent videos to watch before the live sessions. Must register to gain access to the prework. Must complete all parts to become certified.
